Short answer: no to both. None of the seven registered tools can touch mini-league data, and no tool output can guarantee future outcomes.

What I cannot establish

• Your live or frozen private mini-league rank, standings, or rivals' scores. There is no tool for league tables, other managers' totals, or head-to-head comparisons. I therefore cannot compute your points gap to tenth place — that requires league standings data I simply don't have access to.
• Anything live. Every tool reads a frozen snapshot. Even your own squad and scores come from that snapshot, not live data.
• Any guarantee of a top-10 finish by December. Recommendations are built on model-projected expected points, which are estimates, not guarantees. Your final league position depends on actual on-pitch results, transfers and captains made by every rival in your league, their chips, injuries and luck — none of which are predictable or even visible to me. Projections also only cover a bounded horizon from the snapshot's target GW, so I can't even model out reliably to December.

What I can establish (from the frozen snapshot, stated with its date and target GW)

• Your frozen squad, bank, free transfers and chips.
• Observed results from finished GWs — e.g. player histories and per-GW stat leaders.
• Model projections: expected points, clean-sheet and attacking estimates for players and clubs over a bounded horizon.
• Transfer, starting XI, captain, bench and chip-timing recommendations, with the model's stated gains and thresholds — framed as provisional beyond the immediate GW.

If you want to track your mini-league position, you'd need to check the official FPL site or app. What I can do is help maximise your projected points from the snapshot — for example, reviewing transfer recommendations or chip timing — but even a perfectly optimised squad on paper can't be certified as a top-10 lock.
