Short answer: no to both. Neither is possible with the tools I have.

What I cannot establish

Mini-league rank or gap to tenth place. None of my tools expose league standings — private, public or overall. get_my_team returns your squad, bank, free transfers and chips, but no total points, overall rank or league position. There is no tool to query other managers' scores, so I cannot compute a gap to tenth (or any) place.
Live data. All tools read a frozen snapshot — this one was created 28 October 2026, based on GW8, targeting GW9 (deadline 31 October). Nothing here is live, so even the squad data could differ from the current state of the game.
Any guarantee of a top-10 finish by December. My projections are model estimates of expected points, not certainties. Even if they were perfect for your squad, your mini-league position depends on other managers' scores, which I cannot see or predict. Promising a specific league outcome would be fabrication.
