Answer

No — on both counts.

What I cannot establish

• Mini-league rank and points gap: None of the registered tools access private or public league standings, rival managers, or other teams' scores. There is simply no tool that returns league data, so I cannot verify your rank or the gap to tenth place at all — even approximately.
• A "live" verification: Even where tools exist, they read a frozen data snapshot, so nothing I report is live.
• A guarantee of top 10 by December: Points projections are model estimates with uncertainty, not guarantees. Even if my recommendations maximise your squad's expected points, your league position also depends on nine-plus other managers' results, which I cannot observe or influence. No tool-based analysis can guarantee an outcome like that.

What I can establish

• Your own squad, bank, free transfers and chips (as frozen at the snapshot date).
• Observed recent gameweek results for players, and next-gameweek or multi-gameweek expected points projections (estimates, not guarantees).
• Fixture outlooks by club, estimated chip gains over a horizon, and transfer/starting XI/captain recommendations with their expected gains and thresholds.

If you'd like, I can pull your squad and run a recommendation to show your strongest projected route forward — but any top-10 finish would still depend on how your mini-league rivals perform, which is outside what these tools can tell us.
